Friday Five: #12

So many favorites this week!

Discovering matcha green tea! I’d heard of matcha before, but did not realize the difference between plain ol’ green tea. Mixing up an iced tea each afternoon: brew with honey, add a splash of cream and a few ice cubes. Delicious! 50 thoughtful and inspirational ideas for living an intentional and essential life. Loved this! On board or working to implement over half of these, although #20–I just don’t know about you. Limiting decision-making is the most important minimizing of all! Such a practical and thoughtful article! Reading this gave me shivers; why is it so easy to forget that this is our work–the raising of souls? Discovering a podcast that is a psychology-lover’s dream!
